July 9, 2007        How to be cool…..

The truth is all of males want to be cool. Some of us are naturally cool and others have to work on it. The truth is, there are set rules on how to be cool. Cool people take time in the morning to groom themselves before meeting the world. They wear clothes that are appropriate for their own body type. Cool people have to read the newspaper, magazines, even books, and listen to a variety of music so they will be able to hold a decent conversation. People think I am cool because I am relaxed and comfortable with myself. I don’t panic easily and rarely do I show my stress. The biggest thing that makes me cool is I am not desperate for approval and you won’t find me trying to impress other people. Guess what else, I think I am cool and I go to church almost every week. Girls find nothing more cool than a man toting his bible and reading it.

Deuteronomy 31: 6…Be strong and of good courage… Psalms 27:14

He  is brave.  He  is defined by God’s rules. He is a leader not a follower.  He treats his mother, sisters, and every other female with respect.  He is smart.  He is willing.  He is capable.  He is love because God is love.  He keeps the  peace.  He is better than average.   He is loyal. He  is confident. He is honest.  He is valued as he values others.  He is strong and not weak.  He knows  how to say no  to anything that is not good.  He knows  that God expects him to lead with a Christ-like walk.   He knows that God expects him to lead with a tongue of righteousness.
